Welcome! I’m Travis D. Sparks, a seasoned engineering executive, leadership coach, and business consultant with over 15 years of experience leading transformative initiatives at top technology companies like Microsoft and Amazon. Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about driving innovation, scaling high-performing teams, and helping individuals reach their full potential.

My Journey

I’ve built and led large, complex organizations, scaling engineering teams from tens to hundreds while delivering impactful products used by millions. At Microsoft, I led a 2,000-person engineering organization, launching over 300 Microsoft Teams services while improving efficiency, security, and operational excellence. At Amazon, I revitalized the Amazon A to Z app, growing its user base from 300,000 to over 2 million in a year, and led the transformation of Amazon Lending, scaling credit assessment systems tenfold.

These experiences shaped my understanding of what makes teams and individuals thrive. Beyond building technology, I have developed a passion for coaching and mentoring leaders, empowering them to navigate challenges, grow their careers, and create lasting impact.
